‘Bubbles & Zin’ at Sonoma Restaurant & Wine Bar—December 6th

 

On Tuesday evening, December 6th, Seghesio Family Winery will be participating, alongside J Vineyards and Winery, in ‘Bubbles & Zin,’ a first-time wine and food pairing event held at the recently opened  Sonoma Restaurant and Wine Bar on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.   A charcuterie and cheese plate, as well as several of Sonoma’s signature dishes, will be paired with J’s sparking wines and Seghesio’s Sonoma and Old Vine Zinfandels.  Meet special guests from both wineries while networking with fellow sophisticated adults in Sonoma’s handsome, casual upstairs dining lounge.

 

Sonoma, one of the hottest new restaurants in Washington, DC, is located in the heart of Capitol Hill at 223 Pennsylvania Ave., SE.  At Sonoma Restaurant and Wine Bar, the culinary mission is straightforward - use the best local ingredients as simply as possible.  New American Cuisine places an emphasis on seasonal ingredients that are regionally available, and the menu changes frequently to reflect the Mid-Atlantic’s offerings.
