An extraordinary winemaker wine dinner, featuring the old and new wines from boutique winery, Lauterbach Cellars of Sonoma County, CA. Chef Matt Hill and Sommelier Nadine Brown of Charlie Palmer Steak have created a 5 course meal that will highlight the complex flavor profile of each of the following 6 luxurious wines, including a barrel sample of the soon to be released, 2007 Lauterbach Syrah Port. Three vintages of the Estate Pinot Noir 2002 Estate Pinot Noir 2004 Estate Pinot Noir 2007 Estate Pinot Noir Three types of Syrah 2008 Syrah Rosé 2005 Estate Syrah 2007 Syrah Port (Barrel Sample) This wine dinner is an amazing value at $125, all inclusive.
